Terms & Conditions of Purchase:
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind following receiving and approving the design proof or if there is a spelling error noted following approval of the design proof. Approval of the design proof confirms he order with no changes. You may choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if you had known about it
- Is significantly different from the sample description of approved artwork
- Doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can choose to retain the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time frame. If it is not repaired within a reasonable time frame, you can choose a refund or replacement. Please retain your proof of purchase to assist with this.
We typically process orders the following day and dispatch within 3 days on stocked items. We will contact you if we suspect that your order may exceed the recommended processing time. If there have been any issues with delivery, you are more than welcome to contact Event Signs & Print and we will endeavour to resolve any problems. Once the goods has been collected from Event Signs & Print by the courier service, we hold no liability in regards to delivery times being altered by carrier or, transit damage as this is beyond our control. We will assist you in our greatest capacity to resolve the issue.
Product Variations Note
Although we take every care possible to produce products exactly as displayed on our website or in catalogues, occasionally there may be minute colour and size variations existing. Slight colour/hue variations can usually be attributed to varying computer screen configurations which may alter the image and is unfortunately outside of our control. As every product is hand crafted, size variations may occur as a component of human error and we strive to limit this to +/-1% item size.
